This may mean rethinking your work schedule and scaling back on activities both inside and outside the home such as doing chores. It may also help if you have a comfortable chair and enough pillows to support your back, and a place to put your feet up.

Exercise is very important during pregnancy.
I wish all pregnant women would take the appropriate rest they need prior to delivery rather than few days to delivery.
