4.Avoid Bending and lifting
Squatting is the best option as a ‘preggy’ Mama, because bending is not advisable even if you’re lifting something light. Bend at your knees, not your waist. Keep the load close to your body, lifting with your legs — not your back. Avoid twisting your body while lifting. If a load is too heavy to handle easily, ask for help.

When is the best to jug or carry out body exercise?
Impartful.
Exercise is very important during pregnancy.
I wish all pregnant women would take the appropriate rest they need prior to delivery rather than few days to delivery.
