1. Back support band

This belly band is said to give support to pregnant women who seek relief from hip and pelvic pains amongst other common stretching pains during pregnancy. Looks like you just wrap it right under your lower belly for an easy assist throughout your day! (Puts in cart!) Thinking back to my own pregnancy, the lower back pain that I got from stretching was often time unbearable. Now I sure wish I had given this hack a try!

2. Belly butter

This Burt’s Bee’s Mama Belly Butter has a blend of cocoa, shea and jojoba butters that can help hydrate your belly—and help with those stretch marks. It is said to be a lotion that is non-irritating and 99% naturally formulated, which can be very important for mamas who experience a lot of skin irritation during pregnancy.

3. Body pillow

This body pillow was actually a COMPLETE lifesaver for me during my own pregnancy. If you don’t have one now, I so advise you to get one! It makes sleeping while pregnant a *little* less annoying. Those who know, know. 😅

4. Prenatal Vitamins

Prenatal vitamins are important to take during your pregnancy and are something every mama should have. In her video, @whitnayyandeverly shared these particular NatureMade soft gel prenatal vitamins that are gluten-free with DHA. There are many other options, so it could also help to look into other brands that may work specifically for you.

5. Grabber tool

Thank. You. This grabber tool is literally the perfect find for any pregnant mama, because—you know—we can’t reach anything. 🤣

6. Elongated belly button rings

And last but not least, these belly button rings for those mamas with belly button piercings who still want to wear their bling! Because pregnancy doesn’t stop you from being fashionable!

Pregnancy pillow is a must I slept good up until my 40 wks and as your belly gets bigger a pillow under helps for back support 👌

I wish I knew about these when I was pregnant with my son 😩 he’s 7 now. Only thing i used was bio oil for stretch marks and only got a few

I love this! Definitely going to need this stuff soon 🥰

I honestly never would have thought of the grabber. Wish i had during my pregnancy
